- Before your trip, toggle on international roaming in your Parrot Mobile account settings. Make sure you have balance loaded for pay-as-you-go charges.
- Travel Abroad
- When you arrive at your destination, your phone will automatically connect to a local partner network. No manual configuration needed.
- Stay Connected
- Make calls, send texts, and use data just like at home. Charges are deducted from your balance at transparent per-unit rates.

International roaming allows you to use your Parrot Mobile phone service when traveling outside the United States. Your phone connects to local partner networks abroad, letting you make calls, send texts, and use data just like you do at home.
Roaming charges will be deducted from your Pay-As-You-Go balance. You'll pay simple per-minute rates for voice calls, per-message rates for texts, and per-MB rates for data. There are no daily fees, activation charges, or roaming packages to manage.
Yes! When international roaming launches, you'll be able to use mobile data abroad. Data usage will be charged per MB from your balance at transparent rates. For cost-effective browsing, we recommend connecting to Wi-Fi when available.
We're building coverage across 200+ countries and territories. Most major travel destinations in Europe, Asia, Americas, and beyond will be supported. You'll be able to check specific country availability in your account before traveling.
Before your trip, you'll need to enable international roaming in your account settings and ensure you have sufficient Pay-As-You-Go balance loaded. That's it - no calling customer service or purchasing special packages.
