Activation takes just a few minutes—whether you're using an eSIM or a physical SIM card. Follow the steps below, and you'll be good to go. As a heads up, SIMs can only be activated one-time.

Setting Up an eSIM

Got a compatible phone and want the fastest setup? Go digital.

    Pick a plan and complete checkout

  2. 2

    Open the activation email we sent after checkout.

  3. 3

    Tap the QR code or use your camera to scan it.

  4. 4

    Follow the prompts to install your Parrot Mobile eSIM.

  5. 5

    Once installed, your phone should connect automatically.

Heads up: eSIM activation works best on Wi-Fi, so connect before you begin.

Setting Up a Physical SIM Card

    Enter your 18-20 digit ICCID number located on the back of your SIM card.

    Pick a plan and checkout.

  3. 3

    Insert your Parrot Mobile SIM into your phone.

  4. 4

    Turn your phone off, then back on again.

  5. 5

    Wait a moment—it should automatically detect the network.

  6. 6

    You'll get a text or email confirmation once activation is complete.

Tip: If you don't see service right away, head into your phone's settings and double-check your network selection.

Not Sure If You're Fully Activated?

Here's how to check:

  • You should see signal bars in your phone's status bar.

  • Try making a quick call or sending a text.

  • If you've added data, open a browser and test your connection.
